Project scope

To optimize and enhance the patient recovery process, we develop and construct so-called Vital Lounges for various hospitals. These are built using our modular timber frame construction method, which offers the advantage that all rooms can be individually adapted to specific requirements and goals. The Vital Lounges are also characterized by a welcoming atmosphere, featuring light-filled spaces and the extensive use of wood.

Hotel „Le Tresor“ Schwerin

The "Tresor Hotel Superior" is an ambitious project that is transforming the historic old state bank in Schwerin into a top-class boutique hotel. While preserving the unique character of the historic building, the renovation is being carried out using modular timber construction.

Amedia Hotel Greifswald

A new hotel is being built in picturesque Greifswald that combines tradition and modernity in exceptional architecture. The Amedia Hotel is being built using an advanced timber frame modular construction method, which enables the project to be completed quickly and efficiently.

Torgauer Leipzig

With our support, a unique property for seniors is taking shape in Leipzig. On a gross commercial area of around 5,450 m², 49 living areas with integrated outpatient day care and an underground car park will be created here. A hairdressing salon and a café also enrich the offerings of this building complex.
