Amedia Hotel Greifswald

A new hotel is being built in picturesque Greifswald that combines tradition and modernity in exceptional architecture. The Amedia Hotel is being built using an advanced timber frame modular construction method, which enables the project to be completed quickly and efficiently.

Project scope

This project stands out in particular due to its innovative hybrid construction method. While the first floor, staircases, elevator shafts and meeting rooms are made of robust precast concrete elements, the floors above are constructed from precisely prefabricated timber modules. This approach combines the stability and durability of concrete with the sustainability and warmth of wood, and also enables optimized use of the limited building space.
