Sports Hotel Hamburg

An innovative hotel is being built in a prime location in the Hanseatic city of Hamburg, combining sporting activities with peace and relaxation. The building will be constructed using modern timber frame modular construction, which will enable rapid project completion.

Project scope

The building is being constructed on an area of approximately 3,300 m² using precisely manufactured wooden modules, which were prefabricated in Germany. It will house 115 hotel rooms designed to support guests' sporting spirit while also offering a relaxing retreat. An additional 2,000 m² of space on the property is available for the construction of further parking areas. This also allows for more individualized room design. Thanks to its ideal location, the sports hotel will also be attractive for seminar and business tourism.
