Sports Hotel Hamburg

An innovative hotel is being built in a prime location in the Hanseatic city of Hamburg, combining sporting activities with peace and relaxation. The building will be constructed using modern timber frame modular construction, which will enable rapid project completion.

Project scope

Das Gebäude entsteht auf einer Fläche von ca. 3300m² mithilfe von präzise gefertigten Holzmodulen, die im Vorfeld in Deutschland produziert wurden. Dabei entstehen 115 Hotelzimmer, die den Sportsgeist der Gäste unterstützen und auch zum erholen einladen. Auf dem Grundstück stehen außerdem 2000m² zusätzlich für die Errichtung weiterer Parkplätze zur Verfügung. Zusätzlich können dadurch alle Räume noch individueller gestaltet werden. Dank seiner idealen Lage wird das Sporthotel ebenfalls für den Seminar- und Geschäftstourismus attraktiv sein.

Torgauer Leipzig

With our support, a unique property for seniors is taking shape in Leipzig. On a gross commercial area of around 5,450 m², 49 living areas with integrated outpatient day care and an underground car park will be created here. A hairdressing salon and a café also enrich the offerings of this building complex.
