Schwerin: Former state bank is being converted into a luxury hotel

Two new residential buildings in timber-concrete hybrid construction in the Trudhem district – one of the most attractive residential areas in central Uppsala, Sweden.

The "Tresor Hotel Superior" is an ambitious project that is transforming the historic old state bank in Schwerin into a top-class boutique hotel. While preserving the unique character of the historic building, the renovation is being carried out using modular timber construction.
