Planning for the new hotel in Rostock is in full swing. The ESC Building Group has submitted the building permit application and is currently preparing for production of the first wooden modules at its Schwerin plant.

A new hotel will be built in the beautiful Hanseatic city of Rostock, which will complement the maritime charm of the city with its modern architecture. This hotel will be built using a timber frame modular construction, which will enable particularly sustainable, efficient and quick completion. The innovative construction blends harmoniously into the cityscape and will provide guests with a high level of comfort. The new hotel will be another highlight for tourists and locals alike.

With our support, a unique property for seniors is taking shape in Leipzig. On a gross commercial area of around 5,450 m², 49 living areas with integrated outpatient day care and an underground car park will be created here.
