The idyllically situated, historic Panorama Hotel Fichtelgebirge is undergoing a remarkable metamorphosis. After three decades of standstill, the venerable building is being carefully transformed into a modern clinic.

Project scope

With a gross floor area of almost 10,000 square meters, the building, which blends carefully into the landscape, will usher in a new era. The conversion is being carried out with the utmost care in order to not only preserve the listed structure, but also to reconstruct it true to the original where necessary. Each component is being carefully transported and assembled by hand in order to respect the historical character of the building while meeting the requirements of a state-of-the-art medical facility.

The new clinic will not only impress with its size, but also with its commitment to preserving history and creating future-oriented healthcare solutions. This project will create a place where the past meets the future of medical care - a true landmark for the region and a beacon project for hospital construction.

With our support, a unique property for seniors is taking shape in Leipzig. On a gross commercial area of around 5,450 m², 49 living areas with integrated outpatient day care and an underground car park will be created here. A hairdressing salon and a café also enrich the offerings of this building complex.
