With our support, a unique property for seniors is taking shape in Leipzig. On a gross commercial area of around 5,450 m², 49 living areas with integrated outpatient day care and an underground car park will be created here. A hairdressing salon and a café also enrich the offerings of this building complex.

Project scope

We are KFW 40 NH capable and therefore meet the new funding guidelines. As part of the realization of this ambitious project, 49 exclusive residential units for seniors will be created. The architectural complex consists of three interconnected building parts, each equipped with two emergency exits. High-quality services such as outpatient care, a hairdressing salon and a café are offered on the ground floor, while the apartments with balconies are on the upper floors. In addition, residents have access to a variety of facilities on the ground floor, including a physiotherapy room, a gym with sauna and relaxation rooms. In addition to these facilities, an underground car park and sufficient parking spaces in front of the building will also be available. This creates a tailor-made home for older people that meets their needs and at the same time creates new jobs.
