Our CEO Eduard Schaumlefel founded the companies Eco Synonyme Vertrieb GmbH and the ESC Building Group GmbH together with his wife. He brings with him an impressive record of successful projects and his career is characterized by the successful realization of various large-scale projects ranging from luxury residential complexes to innovative commercial centers.

His experience in residential construction led him to discover his passion for modular timber construction. With the aim of achieving a very high degree of prefabrication, he developed our current, successful concept.

His credo is open, honest communication, high quality standards and on-time delivery to the customer's complete satisfaction.

Hotel Rostock

The "Tresor Hotel Superior" is an ambitious project that is transforming the historic old state bank in Schwerin into a top-class boutique hotel. While preserving the unique character of the historic building, the renovation is being carried out using modular timber construction.
